We only ship within the UK. Every order goes out by express courier, so you get proper tracking and the best chance of your gear arriving in one piece, on time.
- DPD — all parcels under 30kg
- DX Freight — filled punchbags over 30kg
Dispatch
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders usually go out same day or next working day — during busy periods, allow up to 2 days for dispatch.

Mainland UK
£5.00 per 10kg of total order weight — 2–3 working days
MMT Own-Brand Kit
Our own McGowan MuayThai shorts, tees and jerseys ship direct from the gym in Bedford: £4.99 standard (3–5 working days, free on orders over £50) or £6.99 express (1–2 working days).
If your order mixes MMT kit with other brands, it comes in separate parcels. You'll see both delivery charges at checkout and get tracking for each.
